حفل إطلاق كتاب “القيمة القانونية للمراسلات الالكترونية في العقود الدولية ” للدكتورة ليندا قاسم
أطلقت "المنشورات الحقوقية صادر" خلال مشاركتها في معرض بيروت العربي الدولي للكتاب ٥٩، إصداراتها الجديدة، وتخلّل المعرض حفل توقيع كتاب الدكتورة ليندا فهمي قاسم " القيمة القانونية للمراسلات الالكترونية في العقود الدولية" وذلك يوم الأربعاء ٩ كانون الأول ٢٠١٥، حضره العديد من المحامين والحقوقيين ولفيف من الأصدقاء.
يفتح الكتاب آفاقًا جديدة امام دول العالم لتوحيد المفاهيم المتعلقة باستخدام المراسلات الالكترونية، اقلها في العقود الدولية، الامر الذي من شأنه أن يخفض من احتمالات حصول تنازع بين الافراد، مع سهولة التنبؤ من قبلهم بمصائر عقودهم والتزاماتهم.
واعتبر الكتاب ان ازدياد استخدام المراسلات الالكترونية من شأنه ان يحسن كفاءة الانشطة التجارية ويعزز الاواصر التجارية ويتيح فرص وصول جديدة الى أطراف واسواق كانت نائية في الماضي، ويؤدي، تاليًّا، دورًا جوهريًّا في تعزيز التجارة والتنمية الاقتصادية داخليًّا ودوليًّا على حد سواء وتنظيم هذه العمليات بدون شك يحتاج الى اهتمام على الصعيدين الداخلي والدولي.
