اقامت "المنشورات الحقوقية صادر" ندوة حول كتاب "النظرية العامة للاثبات" للدكتور "جوزيف رزق الله" في بيت المحامي في نقابة المحامين في بيروت وذلك نهار الخميس الواقع في ٢٢/٤/٢٠١٠. وشارك في الندوة الوزير السابق الاستاذ كريم بقرادوني ورئيس ديوان المحاسبة بالانابة القاضي عبد الرضى ناصر.
بقرادوني شدد في كلمته على اهمية اضاءة المؤلف على دور القاضي الاداري، وقال:"بالقاضي الاداري المفتوح العينين يدوم الحكم والدولة والوطن". عبد الرضى ناصر اعتبر الكتاب مرجعاً اساسيا لكل باحث في الصروح الاكاديمية.
وختم المؤلف الندوة بكلمات قليلة وانّما دالة لخَّص فيها كتابه وشكر الحضور
