أقرّ مجلس الوزراء هبّة قدمتها مكتبة صادر ناشرون بمناسبة عيدها المئة واربعين، بـموجب المرسوم رقم ١١٦٥٣ تاريخ ٢٧/١٢/٢٠٠٣. وقدمت المكتبة بشخص رئيسها نقيب الطباعة جوزف صادر، وذلك بحضور وزير العدل بهيج طبارة ومدير عام الوزارة عمر الناطور، ورئيس مجلس شورى الدولة غالب غانم، ومدعي عام التمييز عدنان عضوم، ورئيس هيئة التشريع والاستشارات شكري صادر، رئيس هيئة القضايا بشارة متّى، رئيس معهد الدروس القضائية شبيب مقلد ورئيس هيئة التفتيش القضائي طارق زيادة، وعدد من القضاة ورجال القانون.
وأعرب الوزير طبارة عن سروره بهذه الهبة التي تسهم بشكل فاعل في وضع المراجع الحقوقية اللازمة بتصرف القضاة، مثنيًا على الجهد المبذول من قبل المنشورات الحقوقية صادر في مجال نشر الثقافة القانونية في لبنان منذ قرن ونيف.
