Memorandum of Understanding between SADER and the Emirates Association for Lawyers – to further cooperation in the legal field
The United Arab Emirates’ vision aims to fully empower its national human resources, in order to build a competitive and impregnable economy, and based on the importance given to the strategic partnerships between various governmental and private agencies, as well as the necessity to develop key initiatives and integrated programs in order to achieve the common goal which is the development of national human resources and the promotion of cooperation to improve legal work in line with the federal and local strategic plan.
In line with such vision, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Emirates Association for Lawyers and SADER1863 in order to cooperate on several legal areas related to establishing the rule of law and spreading a legal culture. The MoU was signed by his Excellency Zayed Saeed AlShamsi, Chairman of the "Association's Board of Directors" and Attorney Rany Sader, "SADER1863 " Chief Legal Officer. This cooperation falls within objective of the two parties to collaborate together for the benefit of the legal community.
The Emirates Association for Lawyers is a professional association that was established in 1980 with the aim to support the country's renaissance and add value to the country's legal system. SADER Legal UAE is a company formed in 2004 in Dubai under the Laws of the United Arab Emirates, and is considered one of the leading publishing houses in its fields of operations in the UAE and the Gulf region. SADER Legal UAE is member of a group of regional companies established in 1863 specialized, among others, in Legal Publishing, Legal Research and Translation in the Arab world.
