Signature of a Memorandum of Understanding between BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP and SADER Legal Publishing to enhance the accessibility of legal information in the UAE

As part of a common strategy to boost and facilitate access to legal information in the UAE, BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates LLP and SADER Legal Publishing LLC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in November 2020.

In presence of Dr. Ahmad Bin Hezeem, the MoU was signed, at BSA offices in DIFC, in between Attorney Jimmy Haoula, managing Partner at BSA and Attorney Rany Sader, Chief legal officer at SADER.

This memorandum brings together one of the most prominent local law firms in the UAE, which has been providing legal services that combine comprehensive local knowledge with a modern and progressive approach since 2001 and a pillar of legal knowledge in the Middle East which has now grown to a 5th generation legacy in the field of law, providing comprehensive legal and business solutions for the Middle East and Gulf.

Their cooperation falls within objective of the two parties to prepare and present Emirati legal content in both Arabic and English languages to both professionals and other stakeholders. A window to collaborate on supporting the young Arab legal community, through SADER UniPro project, has also been discussed in between the parties. BSA will contribute in most of SADER legal series in both traditional and online basis.
