وقع نقيب خبراء المحاسبة السابق أمين صالح كتابه "القانون الضريبي – القواعد والإجراءات"، الصادر عن المنشورات الحقوقية صادر، وذلك نهار الخميس الواقع فيه ١٧ آذار ٢٠١٦ في قصر الاونسكو، برعاية وحضور وزير المالية علي حسن خليل.
تخلل الحفل كلمات للوزير علي حسن خليل ولرئيس اتحاد الكتاب اللبنانيين الدكتور وجيه فانوس ورئيس الحركة الثقافية في لبنان الاستاذ بلال شرارة .
الكاتب الاستاذ امين صالح أكد في كلمته "أن القانون الضريبي فيه الكثير من الفروع ومعرض للتأويل حسب الاغراض وللاختلاف في التطبيق حسب الاهواء، يقتضي ان تكون نصوصه خالية من الابهام والتعقيد، واحكامه شاملة لكل الفئات والطبقات وجميع السلطات".
حضر الحفل كل من ممثل المدير العام للأمن العام اللواء عباس ابراهيم ، العقيد انطوان عقيقي، النائب العام المالي القاضي علي ابراهيم، وشخصيات اقتصادية وسياسية وقضاة ومحامين.
