برعاية وحضور سعادة نقيب المحامين في بيروت الأستاذ جورج جريج، وقعت "صادر ناشرون " ممثلة بالمحامي راني صادر مع "الجمعية اللبنانية للوساطة والتوفيق" ممثلة برئيستها المحامية منى حنا يوم الثلاثاء ١٠ تشرين الثاني ۲٠١٥ في بيت المحامي -بيروت، مذكرة تفاهم تهدف إلى التعاون لنشر المعرفة القانونية والمهنية المتعلقة بالوساطة. تطبيقًا لهذه المذكرة سيتم التعاون مع الجمعية التي تعتبر الاهم في مجالها في لبنان، لإجراء دراسات وبحوث وتطبيقات متخصصة بالوساطة والتوفيق ودعم الدورات التدريبية التي تقوم بـها الجمعية وغيرها من الأنشطة ذات الصلة. كذلك سيتم التعاون في المجالات الاعلانية والاعلامية كافة وعبر وسائل التواصل الالكتروني المتاحة.
إن الجمعية اللبنانية للوساطة والتوفيق، تعمل منذ تأسيسها على نشر مفهوم وتقنية الوساطة، ويدخل من ضمن أهدافها المتعددة تنظيم محاضرات توعية ودورات تدريبية متخصصة في الميادين كافة.
خلال حفل التوقيع صرح المحامي صادر التالي:" تعتبر الوساطة والتوفيق من المجالات المهمة في دنيا الاعمال، ولا بد "لصادر" من التعاون مع احدى اهم الجمعيات غير الربحية في لبنان الا وهي "الجمعية اللبنانية للوساطة والتوفيق" الممثلة بالزميلة منى حنا لتوعية المجتمع على أهميتها ونقل الخبرة اللبنانية في هذا المجال إلى العالم العربي. شاكرا الوسيط الأول النقيب جورج جريج للدعم الذي يلقاه منه المجتمع المدني بخاصة في المجالات الفكرية والمهنية".
