The job<\/p>\n
A Digital Transformation Coordinator and Data Custodian primary responsibilities will be the establishment and operating of a new unit focused on streamlining all the SADER Group products data content and its production.<\/p>\n
The role involves the collection of application and data information required by the needed updates and the different Build Services, and management of Web database migrations from existing platforms to new infrastructure. <\/p>\n
He\/ she advises trustees on technology solutions that support the type of access the trustee wants to provide in addition to working closely and is part of the administration planning team.<\/p>\n
A data custodian manages the technical environment where data resides. Custodians ensure safe custody, transport, and storage of data.<\/p>\n
Duties and responsibities<\/p>\n
Digital Transformation Coordinator<\/p>\n
\tLeads the day-to-day coordination and monitoring of IT service providers.
\n\tManages and monitor digital transformation in coordination with management of IT and administration.
\n\tCoordinates cross-functional teams to help provide IT solutions.
\n\tParticipates in all stages of the development lifecycle and change management processes for delivered solutions.
\n\tStakeholder coordination and reporting at multiple levels of the organization including senior management.
\n\tAssists in the assessment of the digital needs and solutions for the enterprise and coordinate with the internal business owners and external consultant(s)\/provider(s).<\/p>\n
Data Custodian Coordinator<\/p>\n
\tResponsible to communicate with all the business unit\/department heads to understand the business needs, the type of content and the way of organizing them
\n\tPut a data management system in place, to ensure that all files are organized according to the date created.
\n\tReports to management about the status of SADER data as well as provide an inventory of the data.
\n\tImplements the user access policies specified by data trustees.
\n\t Sets the data integrity policies and ensures that data quality is sustained during technical processing (such as data entry or Extract-Transport-Load operations).
\n\t Ensures that the recipient of a data extract receives a copy of the business metadata that corresponds to the extracted data.
\n\t Resolves data quality issues in partnership with data Stewards and business leads.
\n\tFollows change management practices during maintenance of data within a data collection.
\n\tEnsures that changes to data content and controls can be audited.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tBachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
\n\tBasic Knowledge or experience \/ Has received training in handling large amount of data and data security.
\n\tStrong written and verbal command in Arabic and English
\n\tAbility to work under pressure; team player.<\/p>\n
