When SADER Talent Empowerment Program was launched by SADER1863 in 2021, in collaboration with SADERUnipro and Youssef SADER Foundation, it aimed to provide support to students and graduates in the legal field, from Universities across Lebanon, in offering them internships to gain a hands-on experience in several Innovative Legal projects.<\/p>\n
Today, and after almost 2 years of its launch, the program developed and evolved from providing internships of value to emerging talents in Law in Lebanon, to grooming talents from Lebanon and abroad, to become fully ready to enter the professional world by birding the gap between academia and practice.<\/p>\n
We are proud to share that the program has provided opportunities to 21 interns, from Universities in Lebanon, KSA, Turkey and the United Kingdom; focusing on diversity and Women empowerment (60% female interns), in addition to the materialization of several internships in job offers (35% in 2022).<\/p>\n
We look forward to further success of our Talent Empowerment Program in S23 and we renew our promise to be the prime supporters of the development of young talents in the legal field.<\/p>\n
